Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Items must be returned with original packaging where applicable

Return shipping is free, and there are no restocking fees.

Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are custom-made and produced on demand, certain items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Final sale items, if marked as such, are non-returnable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos, and we will promptly resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as production begins shortly after an order is placed.
